Each Forthefaith product is handcrafted only for you, and we work with different manufacturers worldwide. This is the reason for the delivery times below. Keep in mind that this is also the reason we are able to offer such amazing pricing on our products.

We process orders Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard Time. We exclude holidays observed by the Post Office: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Please note:

1. The US shipping time above is only applied for orders to the US with standard shipping methods.
2. Orders placed from Puerto Rico, Guam, and Hawaii will take 7-10 days more than other US states.
3. Delivery to military regions is currently limited. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
4. The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.
5. International orders: Standard international shipping usually takes 15-20 business days after production is completed. Please note that delivery may take additional time if the order needs to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.
6. Large orders cannot be shipped to PO Box addresses and may be shipped separately to ensure safe delivery. Free shipping policies are not applied.
7. When an order is ready to be shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can follow your package all the way home.

Order Tracking:

An email with the tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped. The delivery service will also provide the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA), as well as all the required information to track your package. Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If your tracking number isn't getting any updates within the standard time frame above, please contact our customer support. We will help you locate your order.

Importing duties, taxes, and unexpected charges will not be included in our shipping fee. These charges vary from one country to another. We are not responsible for these additional fees. Please contact your country's customs office to resolve what these additional costs might be.

Shipping:

We ship worldwide. We provide a variety of shipping costs depending on the weight of each item, the number of items in your order, and the location where the order is shipped to. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

Incorrect Address:

Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address.

If you contact the final mile carrier after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we are not responsible if that parcel gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
